Biaggi, Rossi and Capirossi's comments from the qualifying tests in Valencia

biaggi:

“I'm very happy, I demonstrated once again that I can always give my all on a single lap, I looked for this pole and I'm satisfied;

For the race, unfortunately, I fear that the situation at Estoril will be repeated where the Hondas have a pace that is unsustainable for us.

I'll give it my all and I hope to have a more competitive bike for the race from here on out."

Red:

“Today we worked mainly for the race, only halfway through the session did I put on a time tire to push as hard as possible and then I went back to work with a race one;

Getting pole was difficult and I don't think I could have beaten Biaggi's time.

I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow because I like running in the dry.

Capirossi:

“I had some problems with the bike which I had to push for half the track, the bike isn't bad anyway and I think I can have a good race tomorrow as long as it doesn't rain”
