V. Rossi takes the provisional pole in Valencia, with Hayden, Gibernau and Biaggi also on the front row….

Valentino Rossi he obtained provisional pole
in the GP of the Valencian Community.

The rider from Pesaro lapped in 1'33"643 and preceded his partner
of team, the American Nicky Hayden and the other two Hondas of the Spaniard
Sete Gibernau and the Roman Max Biaggi.

Loris Capirossi on Ducati he achieved the sixth fastest time while his partner
of Team Troy bayliss he fell without physical consequences and is
nono.

The first Yamaha (Rossi's next bike) is fifth with Carlos Checa,
while the first Aprilia is that of Colin Edwards with the twelfth
time.

The Kawasakis badly, more than 3 seconds behind the pole, closes the list
