With the victory in Valencia, the home Grand Prix for himself and the entire Aspar team, Hector Faubel has earned considerable respect from the upper levels of Noale. The Valencian rider, who is unquestionably aiming for the world title in 2007, tested the new Aprilia RSA 125 in these three days of testing in Jerez, developed in the last two 2006 GPs by Alvaro Bautista (with whom he achieved victory with a lifetime of advantage in Estoril). Faubel has found a good feeling with the bike that will accompany him in 2007: let's hear his words at the end of the tests.

“We worked a lot in these three days with the new Aprilia RSA”, comments Hector Faubel. “On the first day we concentrated mostly on setting up the bike according to my riding characteristics, trying to find various useful references to be able to develop the bike. I can't deny that I had some initial problems, although to tell the truth we managed to find an excellent feeling at the end."
