125cc Misano, Free Practice 3: Terol ahead of Vinales

The third free practice session of the 125 class in Misano (the venue for the San Marino Grand Prix and the Riviera di Rimini) saw Nico Terol stand out. The world championship leader in fact closed the session with a time of 1:43.592, leaving his compatriot Maverick Vinales behind by 298 thousandths aboard the Blusens by Paris Hilton Racing Aprilia.

Third is Johann Zarco, pilot of Team Avant-AirAsia-Ajo. The Frenchman, who is 479 thousandths behind Terol, precedes the Spaniard Hector Faubel (Bankia Aspar Team), the German Sandro Cortese astride the Aprilia of Intact-Racing Team Germany and the British Danny Kent (Red Bull Ajo MotorSport).

Wild card Miroslav Popov did very well, seventh on the Aprilia of Team Ellegi Racing. The Czech pilot who lapped in 1:44.558 is followed by the Spaniard Efren Vazquez (Avant-AirAsia-Ajo), who crashed without physical consequences at the end of the session, by the Portuguese Miguel Oliveira (Andalucia Banca Civica) and by Sergio Gadea who closes the Top ten with the second bike of Team Blusens by Paris Hilton Racing.

With the eleventh time we find the German Jonas Folger on the Aprilia of Team Red Bull Ajo MotorSport who precedes the Spaniard Adrian Martin (with the third bike of Team Aspar) and his compatriot from Mahindra, Marcel Schrotter.

First of the Italian riders is Luigi Morciano who on the Aprilia of Team Italia FMI is 18th ahead of teammate Alessandro Tonucci. The others are Simone Grotzkj Giorgi 21st (also like Vazquez who fell at the end of the session), Alessandro Giorgi 24th, Kevin Calia 27th, Massimo Parziani 30th, Francesco Mauriello 31st and Manuel Tatasciore 33rd.
